- Mission: Keep the portfolio in line with the company's risk strategy in order to help the company to reach the annual target

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
- Independently perform risk analysis on obligors/vendors and transactions, and provide grounded risk recommendation to authority holders for lending decision.
- Independently perform credit rating according to Siemens methodology.
- Work together with Sales/BD colleagues to form efficient risk opinion with information available or determine the way forward to reach risk recommendation within required time period.

- Communicate Risk opinion to all stakeholders with sharp points in a balanced way.

- Prioritize multi-tasks to achieve constantly within agreed benchmarks on turnaround time to meet business requirement.

- Perform site visit report to obligors/vendors to support quicker and more effective risk view and to understand market and customers.
- Be an expert on 1-2 risk area or industry segment, can take the responsibility to coach junior staffs.
- Be able to lead ad hoc project with limited instruction and complete on time.
- Provide analysis support to other functions when responsible vendor programs are concerned.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
- Bachelor or above
- Advanced knowledge in the areas of finance and risk analysis
- Minimum 7 years hand-on experience in Credit or Risk Management with financial institutions.
- Exposure on equipment finance to industrial sectors, public utilities or healthcare sectors is preferred.
- Experience in research / consultation in the area of finance industry with background in multi-national companies is welcome.
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
