1、负责公司猎头部运营与发展，销售模式的制定，对所属团队成员进行管理培训指导与考核；

2、带领团队成员完成团队业绩目标；

3、推进猎头业务的落实与发展，团队建设及人员扩充；

4、完成自身所应承担的业务目标；

任职要求

1、大专以上学历，5年以上工作经验，三年以上猎头行业经验；熟悉猎头工作的实务，能够熟练操作中高端职位；

2、思维开阔，具有良好的观察分析能力，语言表达优秀，具有良好的沟通技巧；

3、善于把握人的心理，能够有效地管理猎头团队；

4、善于学习，知识广博，对人生、职业等有深刻的理解；

5、品德优秀，热情主动；

6、有IT、互联网背景者优先。
