Must be able to work on rigorous design solutions, cutting the edge thinking and problem solving, with attention to detail and strong organization of work process.
Job Description
We are looking for Architect with outstanding skills in Interior Design but also capable on architecture design. Position requires a candidate experienced in conceptual design, design development, construction documents and experience with client relationships. Projects will include Residential, Offices, Hotels & Casinos, Senior Living Facilities.
Competitive salary and bonus will be provided based on skills and qualifications.
Job Requirements
Candidate should have a minimum of 4-7 years experiences in all phases of Interior design; proven track-record of successful projects is required
Candidates should have:
? A Bachelor or Master degree from accredited institution (USA preferable);
? Strong motivation and hardworking;
? Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently;
? Excellent communication skills;
? Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English , Chinese is not required but is a plus;
? Excellent taste and understanding of Interior Design;
? Green building / LEED technology certification;
? Excellent ability hand sketch rendered drawings;
? Excellent ability in develop concept 3d models;
? Capable with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Sketch up, 3D max, Rhino;
