岗位职责：

1、利用公司现有平台开发及维护新老客户，与客户建立良好的合作关系；
2、掌握客户不同需求，提出针对性解决方案，保证准确的信息传递；
3、利用优势，引导客户，形成商务订单，完成计划的销售目标及客户开发任务；
4、建立客户档案，进行有效的数据分析，准确掌握客户动态，实现高水准的销售及维护模式；
5、有效促进项目运作，及时了解并负责项目回款；
6、优秀者公司给予良好的晋升空间及远大的发展前景；

7、老客户回访，有电话销售经验优先考虑；
8、公司提供完善的入职培训和上岗培训，拥有完善的薪酬体系、规章制度和内部管理系统。

任职要求：

1、 大专及以上学历，广告、市场营销等相关专业；
2、 一年以上相关销售工作经验，对客户需求及媒体优势有较强的掌控分析能力；
3、 具备良好的理解能力、语言表达能力及人际交往能力；
4、 个性灵活，积极主动，执行能力强，能够承受一定强度的工作压力，热爱销售事业。
