Project Controls Manager

Base Location: Beijing

Primary Purpose:

Manages a diverse team of professionals and able to achieve successful results/or is able to function as a technical specialist developing advanced concepts. May be responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of others.

Roles and Responsibilities (Specific Accountabilities):

PJC Management
? Leads project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects.
? Is an integral part of the management team for project success
? Collaborates with the project management leadership team to ensure project success.
? Identifies improvements to processes.
? Leads in developing staff capabilities.

Regional Office/Group Managing
? Leads regional office project controls to support project execution.
? Leads in project controls efforts to support capturing new work.
? Anticipates resource requirements to ensure adequate resources are available.
? Leads project controls process and systems development if needed.

PJC Specialist
? Recognized as an expert in a project controls specialist area.
? Develop tools, systems & processes to optimize effectiveness.

Qualification:

? Already have experience as a Lead Cost or Scheduler for a medium?to large﹕ized EPC project or must have had leadership roles on a large EPC program in both Field.
? Ten (10) years or more of experience with relevant degree is required OR twelve (12) years or more of relevant experience with a Certificate from either PMI or AACE.
