岗位职责
1.负责进行简历的收集、初步筛选，预约安排应聘者面试。
2.对招聘渠道效果，招聘数据等进行统计记录。
3.学习掌握酒店有关人事、档案的各项政策；根据酒店相关政策，协助主管对员工档案的收集、管理。
4.协助办理酒店人员入职、离职所相关手续以及员工工号牌的制作、发放与管理。
5.协助进行部门工作总结及计划的汇总，协助撰写部门总结及计划书。
6.协助主管对酒店的各种证照进行统计管理，按时进行换证年审，并对人事行政部各类文件进行收发、传递、登记、存档。

岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，人力资源或行政管理等相关专业毕业。
2.具有一定的写作能力，熟练使用word 、excel及制作PPT
3.沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质。
