Job Title: HR Supervisor (1 year contract)

Work location: Beijing

Main Responsibilities:

- Develops, administers and interprets HR policy/procedures to ensure them in line with local policies and company policies.

- Recruits, develop and retain the quality and quantity of resources needed for the Company’s operations;

- Develops and implements compensation and benefit structure and programs which provide a competitive level of pay and rewards to employees.

- Manages salary reviews, monitors personnel budgets and processes monthly payroll, social insurance/public housing found contribution.

- HR related reporting support.

- Establishes and maintains external relationships with relevant regulations, government bodies, labor agencies and external vendors.

- Facilitates effective communication between employees and management, and maintains employee relations.

- Identifies training and development needs in conjunction with function managers and plans training activities.

- Support and facilitates employee performance management.

- Manages employee domestic and international assignments.

- Other HR related tasks assigned from supervisor.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree with human resources or related

- At least 5 years related experience in international company is preferred

- Strong knowledge of full scope of human resources activities and applicable laws/regulations related to human resources functions.

- Strong analytical, planning, problem solving skills.

- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English

- Sound computer skills in particular Microsoft Office

- Good work ethic, strong team player
