Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

1. Build robust Financial Model of the company;
2. Identify key drivers of business growth, highlight business opportunities and issues, and help to drive issues to closures
3. Prepare financial and management reports for senior management review timely with good quality ;
4. Define, analyze and communicate key financial metrics to support and drive improvement business operation;
5. Lead and organize annual/quarterly/monthly planning process (budgeting, forecast and tracking)
6. Work closely with accounting teams to improve reporting accuracy and completeness
7. Work closely with other functional teams to conduct financial analysis for business cases whenever necessary


Requirements / Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field;
2. At least 3 years of finance experience, consulting firm experience is plus;
3. Ability to work independently;
4. Outstanding Excel and PPT presentation skills;
5. Good written and verbal English language skills;
6. Strong organization skills, process orientation and attention to detail;
7. A true hands-on, 'get it done' attitude;
8. CICPA and other equivalent certification is plus.
