职位描述

To develop and manage the different types of provider networks according to the company business demands. The provider network manager should responsible for the network coverage, service quality, the provider’s capability and the competitive price’s contracts. He will assess provider’s quality level by performing constant service audit on spot, various trainings and proper management to ensure the high service quality in his area. The another important responsibility is to assist the regional manager and a team to finish the objectives, meanwhile supporting and consolidating the company RSA business in China by the close cooperation with other departments

? Is involved in the definition of working targets and objective with Regional Manager.
? Assisting Regional Manager to finish the objectives and other additional tasks.
? Developing different kinds of provider network in areas according to the company business.
? Visiting and assessing the potential providers to finish the extended network coverage.
? Selecting the providers in terms of company standards and ensuring the excellent service quality.
? Reducing the cost by negotiating with the existing and new provides to sign a competitive price contract.
? Perfecting the networks continuously base on the company business development.
? Assessing, training and managing all types of providers to help them increase the service quality and the general capability in order to be more professional and competitive in the market.
? Managing the providers to ensure the high service quality in terms of the reports which require you being good at discovering and analyzing the area provider’s status and problems.
? Keeping communication smoothly with providers and balancing the relationship.
? Always maintaining the active working attitude and being proactive, self reliant and team working.
? Updating the accurate information into the network management system in time.
? Summery and edition of provider training material and newsletter.
? Propagandizing the company to increase the image in the market.
? Feed backing various market information and raise a reasonable suggestion to help company make strategic plan.

Required Qualifications
? Degree or diploma holder in automotive engineering, general engineering, or other related fields
? Proven track record in automotive or other related industry could substitute for physical qualifications.
? Demonstrated ability to grasp and comprehend concepts quickly and maintain awareness for industry trends and standards.
? Good at on edition words. Good skill in using of all type of office software.
? Good communication skill and team work inspirit.
? Fluent Mandarin and local dialect plus basic English are essential.
? Willing to travel
