General Summary:
Sonos技术支持工程师负责为内部部门和外部客户提供产品咨询和技术支持。对内支持工作包括对市场、销售、BD等部门提供产品技术支持；对外支持工作包括客户的售前产品咨询和售后技术支持，解决用户产品配置和使用过程中遇到的疑难技术问题。如果你热爱音乐，愿意接受挑战，欢迎加入Sonos Customer Care团队。

Your main duties and responsibilities:
? 快速学习和了解产品并成为产品专家，提供对公司内部个部门和外部客户的产品技术支持。
? 提供市场和销售部门的活动现场支持，比如展会，路演等活动的现场产品技术支持。
? 通过电话，旺旺，email，微信，QQ等工具为用户提供在线咨询解答和技术支持。包括产品售前和售后等问题的协助处理。
? 具有一定的开发能力，为Sonos产品与第三方音乐服务的合作提供开发类技术支持。

Qualifications
? 大专以上学历，计算机，网络，电子，通讯相关专业。
? 了解局域网技术原理，有一定的网络维护和计算机维护经验。
? 具有一定Web Service开发基础和经验，有良好的开发语言学习能力。
? 喜欢新技术，熟悉热爱音响产品、无线数码产品，数码音乐产品者优先。
? 具有很好的学习能力，责任承担能力，主动，积极，结果导向。
? 能够独立工作，同时具有很好的团队合作能力。
? 具有良好的服务意识和熟练的客户沟通技巧。
? 具有Help-desk技术支持或者客户服务、呼叫中心经验者优先。
? 英语沟通能力良好者优先。
? 能适应排班工作。
