职位描述

Profile:
You will already be recognized as a senior practitioner in the automotive industry, with at least 15 years combined experience in management consulting and industry. As an Associate Director, with our expanding team you will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities centred on selling interesting projects, leading the delivery of great client work and further growing and developing an already talented team. You will have the presence, professionalism drive and determination to become a partner of the company in 2-3 years. We will actively coach, support and invest in you to achieve this aim.


You will have a strategic focus and leadership role in one of the following three areas and will have the ability to work across these areas when necessary:


1. Product Development

Market and customer analysis, planning, vehicle development process and methods, including design to cost, complexity management and program management


2. Sales and Marketing

Brand strategy and channel strategy, sales network development, dealership performance improvement, aftermarket sales and customer services


3. Supply Chain Management

In- and out-bound logistics, supply base improvement, inventory control, supply network design and manufacturing footprint design


As part of a larger team, you will have the experience and flexibility to apply your experience in other industrial product companies.

Responsibility:
- Sell Interesting Projects
You will have a well maintained set of relationships at the senior level (Director grade and above) in automotive companies and the experience of personally leading multiple concurrent pursuits to successfully close. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to establish new client relationship and penetrate new accounts. At this level of seniority, you will accept a significant personal sales target where success requires that you work effectively with partners, peers and the other members of the team to offer the best that we can to our clients.

- Deliver Great Client Work
Our team has established a list of significant client accounts that trust us to solve management issues that their managers find challenging. Solving these issues, delivering real results and impressing our client's teams is the most important aspect of our work. You will be familiar with leading medium to large transformational engagements (five + consultants) over many months and facing the client at executive and senior operational level throughout engagements. You will also be experienced at leading mixed experience engagement teams comprising talented Senior Managers, Managers, and Senior Associates and subject matter experts at all levels.

- Grow Our Talented Team
Our team plans to keep growing at 30-40% per year which requires that we recruit more talented members, many direct from industry, and at various levels of seniority. We also invest heavily in coaching our teams to learn both basic and advanced consulting skills and deepen their knowledge of practices. Every one of our team has an actively managed career and you will bring a demonstrable ability in staff recruitment, on-boarding and development both during engagements and as a part of taking formal career coach responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university, preferred in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
- MBA is preferred but not essential
- English and Chinese are both essential

作为汽车及工业团队的一部分,您将有机会接触汽车以外行业。


职责:

项目销售

- 和汽车行业客户高层保持良好关系,主导推动销售进程,完成销售目标

- 着力建立新的业务关系和开发新客户

- 与公司内部管理团队及成员有效合作以提供最有效的项目方案,并完成预先设定的销售指标


项目实施

- 帮助关键客户解决最为棘手的管理挑战,提供有效的解决方案,实现显著的增值并持续地增强与客户团队关系

- 领导5人以上的项目团队,主持长达数月的中大型的企业变革项目,与客户高层及主要运营负责人保持有效沟通

- 领导并管理由高级经理、经理、高级顾问及其他专家组成的项目团队


扩充团队

- 招募有潜力的顾问(多由汽车业界)以保持30%-40%的年均增长率

- 积极辅导并提升团队成员的相关咨询技巧和专业知识

- 对团队成员的职业发展提供有效的支持和辅导



要求:

- 于一流大学获得本科学位,工程、数理学相关专业为优

- 优先考虑拥有工商管理硕士(MBA)或其他高级学位候选人

- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力
