瑞典洁定集团因业务发展需要，现招聘会计一名，主要负责香港及韩国地区的总账及各类明细账、税务、核算等。

主要职责：

1.负责香港公司及韩国公司总账及各大明细账的编制及各类相关财务报表的制作，确保如应付、应收账目、成本、销售利润分析及总账等财务模块的会计账目的准确性和及时性

2. 负责日常会计核算体系的准确执行

3. 依据相关税法，准确进行税务筹划及申报，确保申报符合税法；进行收入、费用、利润等核算，进行项目核算及开票管理，固定资产的往来及审核、银行各类交易审核等，切实履行财务的基本职能。

4. 与各部门、代理商及客户紧密合作与沟通，解决各类报表制作及核算中的分歧和差异，确保总账就明细账及其他相关报表的准确性.

5. 为财务经理提供相关财务流程的改进型意见和建议

6. 直线经理布置的其他任务

7. 遵守公司的规章制度及国家的相关法律

岗位要求：

1. 本科学历或以上，会计、财务管理等相关专业

2. 熟悉会计准则及国际会计准则

3. 5年以上会计相关工作经验

4. 英语读写能力强

5. 条理清晰，分析能力强，对数字具有强烈的敏感性

Getinge Infection Control is looking for an experienced Accountant to be responsible for various accounting tasks for Hong Kong and Korea.

Main Responsibilites:

1. Perform various accounting tasks to insure accurate and timely completion of work within one or more sections, such as accounts payable, payroll, or general accounting.

2. Make practical application found accounting standards and procedures for routing transactions.

3. Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operation of one or more sections, such as payroll, accounts payable, general accounting, or a subordinate section.

4. Prepare and reconcile payroll taxes; accurately and timely comply with current tax laws; process and place in line for payment or contractor invoices; client invoice preparation, equipment rental accounting, back charges, bank reconciliation, etc.

5. Resolve discrepancies on invoices or reports by interfacing with other sections, departments, vendors (contractors), and clients.

6. Make recommendations to manager for cost effective methods of accomplishing specific functions.

7. Prepare special reports and complete other projects as directed.

8. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by their immediate supervisor

Requirements:

· Degree in accounting or 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience
· Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
· Proven work experience in the area of responsibility
· Strong analytical skills — able to recognize situations and problems, develop alternatives, and implement solutions.
· Strong organizational skills — able to prioritize and organize job demands/responsibilities to meet critical reporting deadlines.
· Proficiency in current corporate software packages.
· English skills preferred.
