PwC works with clients in multiple industries from the technical issues that are owned in the HR function, through the organizational issues that shape the structure and strategy of HR, to CEO sponsored initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the organization as a whole.

People and Change helps clients to achieve the business objectives of maximizing the impact of talent, creating sustainable people operations, achieving a market-driven organizational structure and making change stick.

People and Change enriched its offerings by merging PRTM-Egate. Major deliverables including Business Score Card, Strategy Management, Organization Design& Effectiveness, People and HR management. We are hiring more professionals to meet the rapid market growing needs.


Responsibilities:

Deliver HR advisory works for both multi-nationals and domestic enterprises, key competency may includes:
- Aligning an organization with client's mission and strategies;
- Identifying and evaluating organizational options;
- Developing detailed organization designs;
- Measuring the organizations performance
- Communicating and implementing new organization designs.
Day to day deliverable
- Gathering and Consolidate industry data
- Conduct client interview and data analysis
- Innovate methodologies and implement on different clients successfully
- Direct engagements with clients and manage project
- Lead and build effective teams, coaching, mentoring team members.

Business Development
- Lead BD initiative and sales, prepare proposal
- Manage client accounts
- Build market pipeline

Frequently Travel Required


Requirements:

At least 6-7 working years with related industry experience
Have eight relative projects or six years relative consulting works for multinational enterprises.
Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university, MBA is preferred
Preferable Industry
- Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Engineer and construction, Entertainment and Media, Manufactory, Information and Communication, Health care, PE, Real Estate, Utility, Transportation and Logistics, Technology,

Professional Knowledge and experience:
- Master of Consulting methodologies and frameworks
- Master in Organisation design and target operating model, Change management
- Expertise of project implementation counselling.
- Preferable project experience in organization restructure
- Developed mature own industry view
- Proven capabilities to lead big size projects which price is above 1.5 million RMB
- Developed high level internal/external industry resource network

Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin

Good project management skill, multi-tasking ability to manage multiple project at once

Confident and mature with ability to build new client relationship while maintain current clients.
