Responsibilities:

The primary role of this manager is to help drive the Tax training programme, which includes the following:

- Work closely with the L&D and business leaders to determine appropriate action to address training needs; and responsible for planning, monitoring and implementing the courses in China/Hong Kong
- Responsible for designing, development and delivery of the Tax training programme
- As key L&D contact in Shanghai
- Ensure the Tax training programme is effectively deployed to the targeted group of participants and compliant with L&D policies and procedures
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling costs related to the training programme
- Collaborate with L&D delivery staff to plan and execute the training programme
- Build and maintain good working relationship with all working parties, including business and L&D colleagues as well as other IFS departments
- Coach and supervise L&D team members to help them excel and to further their professional development
- Be flexible in response to ad hoc changes in responsibilities


Requirements:

- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least five years of practice experience in PwC network or in a sizable public accounting firm
- A high performing, high potential with proven facilitation and presentation skills
- A team player who is self-motivated and passionate about the growth and development of the firm's human capital
- Proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese
