Responsibilities:

This person is responsible for the development and implementation of learning solutions that help develop our people’s professional competencies and business skills to enable them to provide a distinctive experience to our clients and our colleagues.
- Work with L&D leaders and programme managers to conduct appropriate training needs analysis to ensure the curriculum continues to meet the learning needs of the practice
- Design and develop appropriate learning solutions (both classroom and distributed) according to Line of Services (LoS)’ needs and priorities
- Ensure most effective design technique and delivery medium are employed
- Review course objectives and high-level design documents with sponsors to ensure expectations are met
- Regularly collaborate with delivery staff to plan and execute programmes
- Instruct business skills courses
- Prepare evaluation reports and identify areas for improvement upon course completion
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling costs and quality related to the curriculum
- Ensure learning management system is updated for any curriculum as course changes
- Coach and supervise L&D team members to help them to excel and to further their professional development
- Select, contract, and manage vendors as needed to ensure high-quality design and delivery
- Be flexible in response to ad hoc changes in responsibilities


Requirements:

- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least six years of instructional design experience
- Knowledge or experience in a sizable public accounting firm would be an advantage
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- A team player who is self-motivated and passionate about the growth and development of the firm’s human capital
- Effective project management skills and good in analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
