Major Responsibilities:
l Responsible to lead a team of professional building management staff in day to day operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, canteen service;
l Assist to setting up facility management and support service policy and guideline according to local government's regulations;
l Need to construct documents such as maintenance schedule, proposal and analysis in the field of Facilities/Property Management;
l Organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes recording in both in Chinese and English;
l Implement management and operational strategies and exercise effective cost and budget control;
l Prepare annual manpower plan, develop recruitment strategy and employees training plan;
l Liaise with Government departments, contractors and outsourced company service quality;
l Handle effectively all service requests, complaints and contingencies;
l Uplifting of operation standard;
l Support other assignments as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:
l Degree holder in Facilities/Property Management or related discipline.
l At least 8 years' experience in managing grade A Office Tower/ Facilities /Property Management and with at least 3 years' experience in managerial level.
l Excellence problem solving, organizing and leadership skills.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
l Familiar with property rules and regulations in China.
l Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
l Be customer-oriented, decisive, outing with initiative, able to work independently and under pressure.
l Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
