职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Support SAM to actively manage account relationship and execute overall division and commercial strategies
* Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-function customer relations
* Develop/publish customer profile and analysis
* Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of accounts
* Clearly and effectively communicate strategy and activities to customer
* Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans
? Contribute to develop detailed account/sales plans for each assigned customers
* Develop account strategy and analysis
* Achieve account sales objectives
* Identify opportunities and risks
* Actively manage complexity at assigned accounts
? Support account team to manage all aspects of sales operations / order management process at assigned accounts
* Understand customer requirements - Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities
* Execute the account plan in alignment w/product plan
* Provide/submit accurate short term forecast/5 years plan/capacity plan to relevant team in Division
* Work with Business Ops/CS/SC to ensure satisfactory payment/PO/shipment performance
* Collect/synthesize customer and market information. Establish effective internal communication
* Support AE to expand Corning's product offering at account(s)
* Understand customer's current & future products demands and developments.
* Work with AE to deliver value proposition and provide feedback to PLM
* Coordinate periodic technology exchanges and plan product migration at the customer
* Communicate roadmaps and manufacturing capacity plans to the customer
? Resolve customer issues and facilitate responsiveness
* Respond to customer complains in timely manner
* Organize/Lead internal resources to resolve customer issues effectively
* Track action list of issue resolution
* Continually look for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Reporting Structure / Supervisor: Senior Account Manager
Education & Experience
*Undergraduate degree or above, prefer majoring in IT, Engineering, Material Science or Business, technical degree preferred; MBA a plus
* 5~8 years of sales o/a customer management experience, IT, Semiconductor, Hi-tech or LCD industry desired.
* Large account (US$100m) experience a plus
* Managed significant sales responsibilities.
Desired Skills
* Basic knowledge of LCD industry or semiconductor industry
* Strong knowledge of commercial transaction processes
* Ability to set actions and follow through with a sense of urgency
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage business leadership and leverage talent in a matrix organization
* Experience in working with people at all levels (junior to VP/President levels) of customer accounts.
Soft Skills
* Detail oriented...Desire to improve/set execution plans based on data
* Ability to work and communicate across varied cultures
* Passionate about customers, loves to sell
* Well organized, process oriented, systematic approach to problem solving
* Willing to learn, open attitude to change where necessary
* Be comfortable in dealing/interacting with people internally & externally
* Strategic thinking, good networking skills
* Able to travel within China and work independently as required
