Responsibility:

- Direct report to the General Manager - Marketing (in HK Regional Office)

- Be the Marketing lead to a portfolio of international well-known apparel & footwear brands for kids with several hundred points of sales (POS)

- Lead national Marketing/ VM strategies, activities, analysis, process, training and budget

- Manage Regional Marketing team based in Shanghai & marketing staff in 7 local branches to generate (i) Brand Awareness via consumer touch-points like PR/ In-store Promotion/ Advertising and (ii) Loyalty via CRM program

- Manage Regional VM team based in Shanghai & 7 local branches on idea generation, concept development, graphic design, image selection through to production and installation

- Work seamlessly with Operations & Store Planning teams to drive business success



Requirement:

- Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Arts & Fashion/ Business postgraduate qualification a plus

- 10 years of hands on experience in retail/ apparel/ footwear marketing in China, at least 4 years of managerial level experience

- Attributes: Strategic, resourceful, creative, passionate and hands-on

- Familiarity with traditional online & offline marketing means, CRM marketing and China apparel business environment

- Ready to analyze and recommend based on numbers

- Experience with international fashion labels and chains preferred

- Location: Based in Shanghai. Willing to travel in major cities of China as required

- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English


Budget for the post:

RMB25,000 to RMB30,000
