Role Summary/Purpose

Asia OTR covers 3 plants, multiple joint ventures and 3 regions (China, Australia & South-East Asia). In close cooperation with Global OTR team and regional stakeholders you will identify the regional needs and ensure they are incorporated in Global IT strategy. This role will give you the opportunity to work on high visible projects like the Asia ERP deployment and handle leading technologies, like SAP and Rulestream.

Essential Responsibilities

- Contribute in the development of the IT OTR/ERP strategy. Work closely with the regional OTR team to facilitate the adoption across the region - Responsible for Asia OTR projects managing activities like stakeholder communication, functional specifications, technical design, testing and user training - Act as the focal point and liaison between the IT team and the functional team - Work with the functional stakeholders to develop requirements and specifications - Provide ownership and coordination for all regional testing and training - Manage and lead external consulting resources

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Management - Previous 3-5 years IT experience with OTR or related supply chain projects - Demonstrated ability to lead SAP projects - Understanding of common OTR metrics, KPIs and reporting - Demonstrated experience of working in global and virtual teams - Proven technical experience in SAP modules like PP/MM and PS - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - Capable of influencing functional teams

Desired Characteristics

- Green Belt certification is preferred - Able to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change - Quality and cost driven
