Essential Responsibilities

1. 协助研发科学家和工程师进行在材料科学与工艺过程领域的实验工作。
2. 记录实验过程和实验中的观察与产生的数据。
3. 实验室设备、器材和元器件的保管和日常管理。
4. 遵守公司、地方和国家的所有适用的法律法规；贯彻落实GE中国研发中心的环境、健康和安全政策。

Qualifications/Requirements

1. 具备大专或本科学历
2. 具有材料、表面工程、化学或化工方面的研发经历。
3. 有较强的逻辑性，以及分析与解决问题能力。
4. 具有强烈的环境、健康和安全意识。
5. 有团队精神，善于与人相处，自觉性强，较强的沟通能力，可以与各项目人员交流。
6. 熟练使用MS Office Word, Excel等文件录入工具。

Desired Characteristics

优先考虑:
1. 熟悉工业研发
2. 具备电力电子、真空和机械设备的安装、调试和维护经验
3. 具有初级英语阅读水平

GE中国研究开发中心（CTC）是GE公司四个全球研发中心之一，是跨业务集团、跨研究领域的研发机构，为GE各业务集团提供基础科学研究、新产品开发、工程开发和采购服务。

中心坐落于上海张江高科技园区，占地面积47,000平方米，于2003年5月投入使用，是国内最大的独立外资研发机构之一，也是国内极少数具有基础科学研究能力的企业研发中心。

GE中国研发中心现有研发人员1400多人，60多个拥有世界一流设备的实验室，其研究力量主要集中在以下领域：

• 清洁能源，包括洁净煤、风电、太阳能发电等；
• 水处理与海水淡化；
• 材料科学，包括纳米材料、晶体、陶瓷，材料分析；
• 电力电子和实时控制；
• 先进制造技术；
• 影像技术；
• 化学技术，如导电高分子，电化学技术;
• 传感与检测技术；
• LED照明；
• 交通运输等

GE中国研发中心每年完成100多个研究项目。截至2009年底，GE在中国的研发人员共申请了450余项专利。
