1 有1年以上暖通、给排水、电气等机电工程预算工作经验，
2 熟悉机电工程预算工作，清楚工程量计算规则、国标清单；
3 对建筑安装材料、设备价格等有一定的了解，会使用广联达等计价软件；
4 做事严谨、条理清晰、细心、认真负责；
5 具有较强团队合作精神；
