Position Description:

1. Oracle Country Power User
? Delivery workforce/ C&B/ metrics reports and analysis for China HR leadership team
? Provide ad hoc reports upon requests
? Master reporting tools
? Build up effective reporting templates.
2. Enhance country HRIS effectiveness
? Analyze users' requirements & new needs, advocate to global team for changes and improvements
? Develop Oracle data maintenance SOP
? Generate monthly matric for Oracle users to keep improving data quality
? Develop Oracle User Manual/e-tools and ongoing update
? Deliver training and organize monthly call to end users
? Provide consultancy to end users
3. Country focal contact to support global HRIS strategy implementation
? Support global to launch and promote new systems in the country
? Communicate global e-HR update/message to local HR community
4. Ad hoc requests, projects involvement

Qualifications Required:

? Excellent Excel skills, knowlege on HRIS
? Logical thinking & clear mind in task priority
? Fluent English
? Good communication & presentation skills
? Quick learning & Willing to go deep
? Creativity and Willing to make change.
? Be resourceful to get support from headquarter team
