岗位职责：

1. 负责员工每月薪资福利费用的核算、完成公司人力成本分析及月度人事薪酬报表；

2. 组织实施绩效评价面谈以及收集、汇总绩效评估结果;

3. 负责人员档案信息管理及整理，实时更新人员信息；

4. 收集相关的劳动用工等人事政策及法规；

5. 其他与薪酬绩效相关的工作。

任职资格：

1. 人力资源，劳动经济，心理学等相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 1年以上人力资源管理工作经验，有薪酬福利相关工作经验者优先；

3. 了解国家相关政策，法律法规；

4. 能够熟练使用各种办公软件，尤其是EXCEL和PPT；

5. 有亲和力及责任感，具备良好的沟通能力，协调能力。
