Responsibilities

Provide strong on-site logistics support to ensure all activities held at the center go smoothly

Manage and maintain China learning center facilities and the reservation system

Provide on-site assistance to training course/meeting participants and visitors

Coordinate with and make working arrangements for other indirect supporting resources as required

Provide logistics support to New Employee Orientation (NEO) and other ad hoc programs as required

Improve on-site logistics processes

Support the learning team on miscellaneous

Qualifications / Requirements

Customer oriented, patient and helpful to both internal and external customers

Good planning skills and attentive to details

Can follow up and follow through, willing to stretch to get the job done

Good at time management and multi-tasking

Proactive attitude and good problem solving skills

A strong team player

Love learning and is a quick learner

Proficient in MS office, esp., Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Proficient in English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

A college degree

Minimum 1 year work experience, preferably in customer service
