Role Summary/Purpose

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.As part of NPI launch for capital Asia, a new regional application is required to handle country specific requirement for our Global Receivable platform. This role is the main liaison with Capital Asia for the solution and service delivery for the new application.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and information requirements, define system requirements to meet business needs, and prioritize and manage new requirements • Develop detailed analysis, design, construction and testing specifications ensuring technical compatibility and integration. • Conduct business analysis, logical and physical database design & architectural design, load strategy design and implementation, security and change management. • Demonstrates clear understanding of business requirements and ability to engage pro-actively with vendors as well as the business teams. Reviews deliverables and ensures appropriateness for business testing/usage • Assist the systems development process, including planning and monitoring development efforts, reviewing deliverables, and communications to management. • Create appropriate documentation of DB environment, jobs and all maintenance operations; keeps the documentation up to date. • Liaise with Capital Asia team and manage development vendor and ensure on-time / on-budget delivery for new interface application for test and production launch with following key milestone steps: Security review, application development, unit test, System integration test, User acceptance test, production implementation, etc • Ensure compliance for required IT policy for the new application

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or information systems or related discipline• A minimum of 5 years of IT program management with a focus on application solution delivery, project management and vendor management• Ability to Identify business needs and transform into appropriate IT solutions• Ablility to lead technical teams and vendors to deliver business and IT goals • Fluent both English and Chinese
