Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

-Manages training enrollment, tracks and files training records through GE’s learning management system (mylearning@ge); -Provides pre-, on-site, and post-class support to essential skills courses; -Conducts pre- and post-course communication with business HR managers, course participants, invited instructors/speakers, and vendors; -Assists program managers to roll out new learning programs; -Conducts training related procurement, processes payments and billing, in alignment with GE compliance process and policy; -Assists the program managers in operation planning, data keeping, processing, and reporting; -Communicates with global peers to integrate changes into courses, and learn/share best practices; -Support other learning programs as required and participates actively in team projects.
