Role Summary/Purpose

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.SVC Customer Education Manager is responsible for lead entire team to design, promote and conduct customer education programs. This position is a customer facing role, reports directly to SVC Learning and Development Manager, works with SVC L&D team, sales team, business managers and related vendors to explore market opportunity and provide high quality education programs aiming developing long term relationship with GEHC customers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Working as a business expert identifying CE opportunities focus on external customers to collaborate with management team to support the organization's business strategy • Promote customer education internally and externally • Design and conduct customer education programs to fulfill both training needs from customer and business needs inside GE • Developing information and considers all available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding to achieve business outcome. • Primary interface for customer education program participants and facilitators • Plan and execute customer program deliverables • Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of program process and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to Customer Education Manager • Understands and complies with all applicable EHS policies

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor or above• 5 or more years of experience in education• Strong MS Office skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail• Experience use technologies to deliver and support training• Flexibility with ability to adapt to changing environments and role responsibilities

Desired Characteristics

• Program manager experience preferred• Healthcare industry background preferred• Leadership training background preferred• Highly organized, able to work independently with minimal direction, address complex issues as they arise• Design and lead customer trainings background preferred.
