Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

-Take the responsibility of setting up performance testing on locomotive engine system applications

-Take the responsibility of development of Engine ICD on ICFC and CIC projects

-Take the responsibility of establishing & updating operation & maintenance procedures for testing facilities, and follow stardard test procedures strictly

-Complying with regulations on management of all technical documents strictly

-Establish communication channels to leverage global resources for upgrading local engineering capability

-Establish communication channels with local partners to keep & continuously develop business cooperation relationship

Qualifications/Requirements

-More than 7 years of working epeirence in engine control system and engine testing

-Strong mamagement skills to drive project execution and clearly track status

-Strong team leadership skillset to work with diverse team in a global environment

-Strong communication skills to clearly articulate progress/status to internal/external customers

-Self-starter with proven intiative and active activities and working under pressure

-Able to distill complex situations down to key actions and deliverable

-Good bi-lingual (Chinese & English) proficiency required

-Demonstrated process orientation in approach to work

-Sound analytical and problem sovling skills

Desired Characteristics

-Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred

-Experience in development of Engine Control(ECU) is advantage
