工作职责：

1、精通店铺装修施工管理流程及施工工艺，对装修材料有较多的把握，熟悉各类材料性能；

2、熟悉室内设计及流程，熟悉国内外最新室内材料和设计，方案设计与图纸表达能力强；

3、有较强的视觉搭配能力，深厚的美学基础，很强的创意和概念能力、能熟练操作AutoCAD、PowerPoint、Photoshop等软件；

4、能够与商场、施工方沟通图纸和设计问题，清楚商场施工流程；

5、优秀的沟通协调能力，能够很好地表达自己的思想理念；

6、具备团队管理能力，能够带领团队，高效率地完成工作目标。

Job description:

1、 Master store decoration construction management process and construction technology, decoration materials more confident familiar with material properties ;

2、 Familiar with interior design and process, familiar with the latest international building materials and design, design and drawing expression ability ;

3、 strong visual matching ability and profound aesthetic foundation and strong ideas and concepts, skillful operation of AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop software.

4、 With the shopping mall, Construction drawings and design of communication, understand the shopping mall construction process.

5、 Excellent communication skill and able to express his thought very good idea ;

6、 Team management skills, will lead the team, efficient work target.

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，环境艺术设计等相关专业；

2.5年以上同行业相关工作经验；

3、较强的英文沟通能力；

4.良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。

Qualification

1、 Bachelor degree or above, Environmental Art Design or related field ;

2、 More than 5 years of industry experience

3、 Good English communication skills ;

4、 Good communication skill and team work spirit.
