Job duties:

The company's brand shop space design

Store furniture order

Installation the budget and final payment, furniture supplier payment.

Responsible for the installation of the main areas all over the country to the supplier for the development and training

Responsible for the regional shop maintenance and installation supplier offer

Responsible for furniture quality monitoring

Responsible for store furniture and split the cost price negotiations

Responsible for store furniture project

Cooperate with foreign concept design company development company each brand’s concept

Make furniture drawings and furniture factory development cooperation items

Participate in outsourcing items factory price negotiations

According to the brand concept positioning the independent development stores use items

According to the company's brand concept development furniture and making use manual of installation

The manager temporary task assigned

Qualifications:

Shop design work experience more than one year, relevant working experience more than 3 years decoration design.

Communication ability

Understand decoration budget and final payment

Have a better understanding of decoration material

Skilled with Auto CAD / 3 D Max/Photoshop mapping software

Have certain furniture system design work experience

配合国外形象设计公司开发公司各品牌形象

制作道具图纸与道具工厂合作开发道具

依据品牌形象定位独立开发店铺内使用道具

根据公司品牌形象开发并制作道具使用手册

上级领导临时交办下来的任务

任职资格：

店铺设计工作经验1年以上，相关装修设计工作经验3年以上

沟通能力强

对预决算有一定了解

对装修材料有一定了解

熟练使用Auto CAD/3D Max/Photoshop制图软件

有一定的道具系统设计工作经验
