Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support the field organization in centralized coordination of operational and customer service functions and where designed, to localize initiatives and manage local projects. Carry out business activities that support PUMA’s core values, objectives and promote PUMA brand standards
• Tailor store and international operational initiatives to meet area needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget
• Manage all operational aspects of store openings, closings, relocation and upgrades to ensure smooth implementation and budgets and timelines are met
• Manage all operational aspects of in-store procedures
• Manage country loss prevention standards to support the field in achieving shrink goals and data integrity
• Manage operational aspects of stores inventory including setting in-store shipment processes, coordinating country inventory counts and data integrity
• Set and manage budgets for projects and department ensuring they are in line with country budgets and control expenses to meet these targets
• Support field training programs and rollout of training initiatives

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of retail management experience in which 3 years in managerial position with results driven track record.
• Experience in managing multiple stores is required
• Knowledge of key customers, competitors & local markets
• Strong implementation skills
• Retailing skills
• understanding of apparel retail business, solid knowledge of retail math
• Customer service orientation
• Knowledge of store planning & implementation
• Able to balance several simultaneous projects leading to a common end point
• Leadership skills
• A good Team player
• Project Management skills
• Problem identification & solving / analytical skills
• Office software – MS-Office, Lotus Notes, Internet
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
