职位描述
ROLE
Assisting the project QS in performing QS service
? Shall be responsible for assisting the project QS in performing QS service.
? AQS may be asked to look after individual packages on a project and should be expected to undertake training
Knowledge & Experience
? AQS shall be responsible for measurement services and shall demonstrate a good understanding of measurement be proactive and have experience a competence in GLD, Luban and Autocad.
? AQS shall have positive attitude, good communication, good team work focus, pro-active and ability to work efficiency
? Min Bachelor’s Degree in engineering related.
? The AQS will be expected to be proficient with Microsoft Excel, word, PowerPoint office and shall present information in a professional manner in accordance with Gleeds estimating systems & procedures.
? National & MRICS qualifications understanding.
? Being able to speak & written in English.
? Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job); Advanced
? Of cost estimation discipline;
? Of drawing measurement
Functional Skills
? Understanding of GLEEDS’ responsibilities on the project
? Ability to understand commercial management
? Must be able to understand and apply Employer Requirements
? Ability to understand and apply measurement roles.
