Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Economics or Business Administration etc.

Experience in logistics field

Experience in Waigaoqiao Trade Free Zone preferred

Familiar with ERP system, SAP preferrable

MS office skills

English Proficiency

1.Post Goods Issue in SAP after outbound delivery creation

2.Coordinate with Outsourced Warehouse and 3PLs on outbound shipment arrangement, including customers orders, sample orders, demo machines, reverse logistics etc.

3.Track shipment status and follow up proof of delivery(POD)

4.Handle customer complaint related to shipping

5.File claims against insurance company and 3PLs for goods damage in transit

6.Monitor usage of packing material - Cartons etc and generate purchasing requisition

7.Monthly billing check from 3PLs

8.Other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager
