Tax Compliance Manager
Mission/Purpose of the job
Lead Tax Compliance team in mainland China.
Control tax compliance transactions quality. Implement new tax regulations/ exemptions into Volvo business
Key responsibilities
Lead tax compliance team to complete routine tasks with right quality level, mainly includes:
- Tax invoice handling
- Tax certificate handling
- Tax returns filing
- Tax exemption/ allowance application
- Transfer pricing compliance
Act as key contact to Tax authority, Tax audits
Key contact to Volvo Corporate Tax function
Continuously improve working process
Coach and develop a professional team
Main Competence Requirement
Bachelor degree in Taxation, Accounting or Finance area
Above 10 years accounting and taxation experience for multi legal entities
At least 2-year team leader experience
Team player
Absolute integrity and strong commitment to get things done
SAP experience is a plus
CTA is a plus
Fluent in English speaking and writing
