职位描述
一、
1)根据法律法规、财务会计制度和公司各项规章制度建立健全项目部内部财务管理制度。
2)建立总账账簿，健全已完工已结算、已完工未结算、未完工未结算等工程台帐。
3)制定成本计划，实施成本控制，分析成本节超原因，及时向公司和上级反馈。
4)参与审查施工预算，督促有关部门及时提供完工工程预算成本分析资料，组织成本盈亏核算。
5)参与重要经济合同、协议的签订，并监督执行。
6)审批分包单位和其他单位借款和工程款结算业务。
7)编制决算报表，及时向上级提供真实、完善、有价值的会计信息。
8)严格按照公司规定及时上交公司管理费及其它各项费用，确保工程款、材料款、工资支付及时、安全到位。
9)主导安排项目部资产盘点工作。
10)确保公司资金及时足额回笼。
11)建立项目部借支及报销制度并严格执行。
12)完成公司、上级交办的其它工作。
二、
5年以上行业财务工作经验，建安会计优先，有会计中级职称；
-熟悉国家财务制度、国家会计法规和相关税收政策、税务报税流程，熟悉银行业务；
-熟练掌握会计处理流程，熟悉会计报表处理和税法，熟练财务办公软件，有独立工作的能力和财务分析能力；
-负责会计核算相关事务。
备注：此职位工作地点在北京朝阳区
