We have an outstanding team of UI Designers, User Researchers and Visual Designers covering a wide range of design challenges including Cloud, Mobile, Consumer, Enterprise and SMB. We need your passion for design and ability to work across functional boundaries to create compelling user experiences and innovative new products.
Partnering with Symantec product development teams to create products that solve difficult customer problems and delight end users. Activities include working with Agile/Scrum teams to create an user engaging and delightful user experience, engaging with the Symantec UX community, reviewing and applying standards, crafting engagement strategies, coordinating the analysis and investigation of application usability, and leading cross functional design and innovation brainstorms.

*Responsibilities
?Collaborate closely with development, visual design, user research, and product management to ensure the success of product UIs.
?Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate user interaction and design concepts.
?Be part of an active and supportive User Experience Design community.
?Collaborate with designers across company sites and scrum teams.

*Qualifications
?B.A./B.S. in Human Factors Psychology, Engineering, CS, Cognitive Psychology, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
?Minimum 4 years UI Design and evaluation experience. Demonstrated skill in leading UI Design projects.
?Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to champion data-driven design decisions
?Prior experience working in Agile / Scrum teams with quick turnaround.
?Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
