Summary 概述
You should have more than 5 years of solid experience of selling Laboratory Instruments, especially Chromatography and Elemental Analyzer; capture and expand the sales opportunity according to organization’s short and long range goals and objectives. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责
1) Meet/Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly area sales target.

2) To increase revenue and margin level.

3) Recommends product modifications and standardizations to eliminate unprofitable items.

4) Anticipate and analyze customer (current and future trends) needs, industry market segment trends.

5) Execute market and segment growth strategy.

7) Conduct territory data analysis.

8) Launch new products in the territory.

9) Provide competitive intelligence.

11) Provide customer and channel relationship management.

12) Minimum 50% face-to-face customer contact in support of key accounts sales strategy and tactics.

Qualification 任职资格
1) Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemistry / Application Chemistry, Environment Engineering from four-year College or university and four to six years of experience in the field.

2) Language Skills - Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

3) Mathematical Skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

4) Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
