职位描述

Location : Shanghai (China)

The purpose to have this role is to standardize and streamline our SD service delivery out of China, reshape up our current SD projects delivery and build up better reference cases.

Responsibility:
? Review solution development
? Review sizing and team pyramid
? Suggest transformationopportunities
? Support due diligence, solution validation and refinement
? Review transition plan
? Support people screening
? Participate in transition governance meetings
? Support Run-book preparation
? Participate in go-live audit review
? SLA baseline and performance improvement (SLA, Service Level Agreement)
? Review transaction monitoring process
? Knowledge management best practices
? CEM best practices (CEM, Customer Experiences Management)
? HDI framework alignment (HDI, Help Desk Institute)
? Quarterly review of Run-book (Run-book: technical reference documents, providing standardize operation process, issues analysis/solving processes)
? Support process alignment and adherence
? PMR participations (PMR, Project Management Review)
? Coordinate continual improvement and service improvement activities
? Maintain CSI catalog (CSI, Continuous Service Improvement)
? Participate in CSI review meetings
? Support transformation activities
? Explore and develop avenues for technology enhancement in service delivery

Qualification:
Need to have 8 years of Servicedesk experience
Good communication in both Chinese and English
