Objectives of the Position:
? 遵照安全操作规程，确保自身及团队的安全 ；
? Obey instruction of safety， Ensure safety on all levels;
? 确保团队及时有效地完成所有应用喷涂需求；
? Ensure accomplish all the application request on time and ensure the application quality
? 合理安排工作，保证班组工作顺畅;
? Allocate approriately the work requests and ensure the shift go smoothly;
? 激励员工的工作主动性;
? Motivate the team to work positively;
? 团队日常工作的分析;
? Daily team work analysis;

Main Tasks：
? 确保一切行为满足THE COMPANY的安全，5S和质量管理的标准；
? Ensure all activities to meet THE COMPANY standards of EHS, 5S and QM;
? 合理分配工作
? Allocate workload effectively
? 团队的管理，确保所有组员严格按照规范操作;
? Team management and ensure all team members strictly follow the work instruction and specification;
? 对团队日常工作量及工作质量的分析；
? Analyze the team work's quality and quantity (daily basis);
? 熟悉喷房、设备及喷涂操作，能够快速响应各种紧急情况；
? Familiar with the spray booth, equipment and spraying operation, be able to quickly and effectively react to urgent issues;
? 确保和实验室及其他部门的良好沟通合作
? Good communication and collaboration with colleagues from labs and other departments

Education:
? Senior College or above
? 5years of related Automotive Coating industry work
? Chemical operation, EHS knowledge, mechanic facility operation skill, good English skills for both spoken and written English, good communications skills
