1 Roles & Responsibilities

.
Design, built, develop and test the solution in Force.com to meet the business requirement.
Proactively make suggestions, to promote effectiveness of the systems.
Participation in system development planning and design planning activities to secure feasibility of new requirements in Force.com .
Continuously maintaining and make sure the systems are in good shape structurally and performance wise.
Transport source code between different systems and management of code within Force .com using tools like Git’s and Eclipse.


2 Competences

Bachelor degree or above
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Social competence to handle work in a global organization with different nationalities, cultures, background and skills.
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Architectural skills in software and information management.
Experience of working with

At least 2 years experience of Salesforce development
Certified Salesforce.com developers (DEV 4.01 & DEV 5.01)
XML, APEX , Ajax, Java scripts , Web, HTML
Working experience in Git’s and Eclipse for source code management

Knowledge of Sony and CRM process skills
