Position Overview
Become the[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)]'s focal person and advocate between operations, purchasing, and National Oilwell Varco concerning communication of needs and delivery of National Oilwell Varco products and services;
Resolve "big" and "small" issues - quick responses - quality work;
Build relationships between[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] and National Oilwell Varco;
Become a partner with the National Oilwell Varco account management team, helping to understand and communicate the customer needs internally.
Key Activities
1.Interfacing with[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] operations to make it easy to do business with National Oilwell Varco;
2.Coordinate services and support between[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] and National Oilwell Varco;
3.Coordinate sales and delivery of materials, when necessary;
4.Work throughout the National Oilwell Varco organization to expedite and reduce response time;
5.Coordinate meetings with the correct people when required;
6.Focus regular actions on special relationship initiatives that will take the relationship to the next level.
7.Communicate weekly to[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] and National Oilwell Varco concerning resolution of any outstanding issues;
8.Maintain strict confidentiality according to internal policy from[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)]
9.Become an integral part and valuable member of the[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] organization
10.Take on additional tasks as assigned by[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] or National Oilwell Varco.
11.Map relationships within both organizations
12.Develop a relationship GAP analysis including key joint initiatives meant to expand the depth and breadth of the overall relationship
13.Provide key contact information to[COSL (Tianjin or Beijing) and CNPC (Beijing)] employees when needed and assist in navigating the National organizational structure
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Experience: 5+ years of oilfield equipment sales, design, engineering or other related experience,
Knowledge: Rich Knowledge of Petroleum Industry; Solid knowledge about NOV products
Competencies: Strong customer focus; Networking building skills; Good listening skills; Confidence to: Proactively communicate with customer; Proactively communicate with National Oilwell; Integrity and trust; Initiative and team work spirits; Drive for results; The ability to plan effectively;Creativity;Timely decision-making; Good presentation skills; Enthusiasm to get work done on time; Aggressively persist to resolve customer issues; Strong oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English; Skillfully use Microsoft Office.
