Responsibilities:

1. Arrange import product with economic method to meet sales needs

2. Tracking order status and preare the document for decalration

3. Apply the CIQ label certification, handling CIQ system.

4. Keep relationship with CIQ, Custom to catch up the policy and request.

5. Assist to planning daily job in system

6. Coordinate with GSO planning team and regional team etc in daily work.

7. Need take information of product stock, global process etc

8. Work with 3^rd party forwarder to arrange pick up and delivery.

9. Contact with Custom and CIQ to get the newest policy and request.

10. Cooperate with Planning and marketing to make sure the goods ready for launch.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major of international trade and economy.

2. More than 3 years working experience in import and export field.

3. Familiar with import process.

4. Have good knowledge of SEA/AIR shipment.

5. Have good knowledge of Custom declaration and CIQ.

6. Good English both in Oral & Written will be plus.
