The Position

Based in Shanghai, as a Manager, Process Excellence, you will be responsible for leading Process Excellent team to improve financial related cross functions process.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Search the weakness of Financial operational processes and related systems.


• Coordinate with functional teams within Finance and related divisions to provide long term and short term solutions on finance related process and system


• Drive the enhancement for financial process related system with informatics team to improve the efficiency of process and effectiveness of compliance controls


• Lead local initialed workflow/ERP related project , participate regional or global initialed project


• Lead the team to provide training to key users on launched projects/systems and new process.


• Lead the team to implement systemically SoD and DoA controls


• Lead the team to provide smooth feedback on Finance helpdesk call


• Lead the team to maintain the accurate master data and smooth credit card application/distribution process.
  
  

Who you are

You have a bachelor degree or above in Science or Economics. This is a position for professionals with 7 year experience as minimum in multinational company/audit firms/consulting firms, with project management experience preferred.

You are fluent in both written and oral English. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment.

You are structural and logical, proactive and willing to challenge existing process.

Knowledge on SAP/BW or Lean 6 sigma is preferred.
