IT咨询服务及外包， 主要针对通信行业， 外企为主， 需要寻找有丰富工程师经验 ， 愿意转型到销售／业务拓展领域的人才。

Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive business development for company's engineering services - from engineering consulting to work package projects – in the Information & Communication Technology sector
- Establish an extensive network of relevant contacts in the IT, Internet and Telecom space in China.
- Negotiate and fulfill Client contracts. Assure the quality of project deliverables.
- Manage Client relationships as your Client accounts grow, creating and maintaining a “happy Client” and assuring steady, profitable business growth.
- Participate in the recruitment of engineers for your projects: creating relevant JDs, selecting the right engineering profiles, interviewing and qualification, on-boarding and project integration.
Qualifications:
- University degree in engineering/computer science, as well as broad knowledge of software, IT & communications technologies.
- 3+ years working experience selling engineering and technology consulting services in the China’s ICT sector.
- Proven access to ICT decision-makers and an extensive network of relationships in related engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen. A self starter, with consistent “can-do” spirit, able to work independently but also highly collaborative.
- Native Mandarin Chinese and fluency in English.
