职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
2. Building and enhance company culture and value system in accordance with the corporate and division requirements, guide employees sense of value, improve company employer image.
3. Provide professional human resource services to business units, support in recruiting, C&B management, Employee Relations management, Talent Management including Performance Appraisal and Training coordination.
4. Create and implement solutions that align employees with company long term strategy and vision, by facilitating strategic priority discussions, goal alignment and goal deployment sessions across the different organizations.
5. Manage employee disputes; accept employee complaint and labor dispute; and feedback according to related regulations and laws.
6. Analysis and give consulting when new or updated government and corporate policies are made; Assist to make HR related policies and regulations.
7. Driving the Talent Management Process - alignment of resources to the top priorities, building capabilities needed to achieve the stated vision & strategy and investment in the talent.
8. Regularly communication with business leader, Employee Engagement survey action plan tracking and Provide HR consultancy to business head & managers to support business growth.
Qualifications:
1. University degree or above.
2. About 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years HR BP and prefer to have recruiting experience.
3. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
4. Self-motivated and self-directed, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people
5. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problem and has good ability to multitask and meet deadlines
6. Strong influencing skills with ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
7. Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
8. Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style
9. Familiar with Chinese Labor Laws and Regulations.
10. Excellent in both written and oral English.
