职位描述
1、 精通软件工程、软件测试理论和各类测试方法；能快速掌握需求、理解业务流程，深入、全面、准确的设计测试用例，有效执行测试用例；
2、 掌握数据库基础知识，熟练掌握SQL语言及Oracle常用操作及命令；
3、 精通相关测试工具和测试管理工具，如HttpWatch，SoapUI、Mantis、TestLink等；
4、 熟悉Tomcat、Weblogic、Websphere等应用服务器，能够独立配置和部署Tomcat环境；
5、 精通性能测试，熟练使用LoadRunner性能测试工具；；
6、 对数据敏感, 熟悉报表统计系统，有过相关项目测试经验者优先；
7、 具有项目测试工作进度管理、风险管理和缺陷管理等方面的能力和经验；有比较强的观察能力，具备一定的系统分析能力；
8、 从事过大型项目的测试管理工作，独立组建过测试团队者更佳；
9、 熟悉ISO9000或CMMI质量体系；
10、 两年以上J2EE项目软件测试或研发等工作经验，有开发经验者优先考虑；
11、 有外包管理经验者更佳；
12、 具有5年以上软件测试经验，3年以上软件测试管理经验。
