Responsibility:

Working as a field service engineer, he/she should be responsible for providing onsite technical support to desk side users at customer site on a variety of software products, particularly Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office Professional suite and hardware support, Virtual desktops, Printers, Faxes, PCs, Monitors, Headsets, etc.?



Requirements:

1. University graduated on computer science or equivalent

2. 2 years IT technical background, especially in desk system support

3. Familiar with Windows system, Linux system, Office system environment etc.

4. Working under pressure, professional in customer service.

5. Fluent in English. Good communication skill
