岗位职责：

1.解答客户咨询，介绍相关产品信息；
2.及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，维护客户关系；
3.收集客户有关信息和需求，相关市场讯息的挖掘与整理收集；
4.负责联络沟通客户，建立客户资料及档案，完成相关销售报表；
5.负责整理客户资料、销售协议、合同等存档管理；
6.协助主管完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范，做好销售的后台支持；
7.其它领导交办事项。

岗位要求：

1.勤奋好学，踏实肯干，较强的学习和领悟力；
2.年龄在23-30岁之前，留学的小女孩优先。
