岗位职责：
1.组织团队销售活动，完成计划任务及各项考核指标；
2.负责向渠道客户传达公司最新的销售政策和市场动态信息，维护并巩固其所管理渠道的合作关系；
3.负责所辖团队的文化建设，对团队内人员进行日常管理；
4.协助渠道客户做好渠道终端销售人员的培训和管理工作；
5.控制销售成本，本着公开，公正的原则合理分配和使用各项费用；
6.完成公司交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.英文流利，可作为工作语言；
2.较强的商务谈判和独立的市场开拓能力，有渠道开发管理经验者优先；
3.具备快速的学习能力，强烈的市场竞争意识；
4.丰富的渠道代理开拓能力，丰富的沟通，谈判技巧，渠道管理经验；
5.较强的学习能力和团队合作精神；
6.曾在百度，阿里等知名企业负责B2B渠道拓展工作的；
