工作职责：
? 能够很好的理解需求，并能独立完成交互设计；
? 把要求融入到可视化界面与详细的交互流程线框图中；
? 创建UI流程和相关设计规范，并保持和改动能够满足新的设计风格；
? 与GUI设计师和执行团队密切配合，并提出 有效的解决方法；
? 在产品开发过程中能够解决问题；
? 组织和执行可用性测试。

? 英文流利，可作为工作语言；

? 做基于目标用户的视角与场景的交互设计，提出出色的用户体验的好产品；
? 要求有良好的理解能力和较强的逻辑思维；
? 注重每一个细节，在设计时考虑每一个方案；
? 了解用户需求和用户的行为；
? 具备优秀的解决问题的能力；
? 愿意倾听其他人的意见，不断的提高设计水平；
? 熟练地操作交互设计工具；
? 优秀的沟通与表达能力；
? 具备组织和执行的经验；
? 具备手机平台用户体验的知识和指导经验；
? 优秀的手机应用开发经验；
? 在设计移动端产品时熟悉所需要的技术因素和新技术；
? 具有很强的图形和视觉设计技巧；
? 在Web和移动端有创造高品质用户界面的经验；
? 熟悉使用设计工具：Photoshop, Illustrator等
? 对UX有很好的理解力和经验；
? 熟练操作HTML 和CSS。
